Review of 24: Legacy

60 minutes

Centers on a military hero who encounters a troubled return to the U.S., compelling him to ask CTU for help in saving his life, and stopping what potentially could be one of the largest-scale terror attacks on American soil.

24: Legacy is the return of one of the greatest series ever to grace our television sets. Do they still call them sets?

I've seen the first two episodes so far, and I can report that not a single thing has changed from the original. I think its been long enough since the first 24 ended that people who got exhausted of the format could rejoin with fresh eyes. Personally, as a super-fan of the original, I'm glad they didn't try to fix what wasn't broke. Each episode is a self-contained hour and more happens in a single episode of 24 than any other show on TV combined. The action never lets up, its a non-stop, high-octane thrill ride drenched in an epic-ness that outdoes even CBS's Scorpion.

If you love Action, and really fast-paced shows, 24: Legacy is for you.

I see you are easily entertained. Nothing has changed from the original? I suggest you watch the episodes again. The only thing that hasn't changed from the original series is the clock countdown. Other than that the first two episodes deal more with hoods than with terrorist threats. This won't make it through the first season.
