February 12, 2015Before their daughter Ruby starts crawling, Chris and Amy have to rebuild her bathroom, a shell of room with a giant hole in the floor. They salvage the early 1900's tub and transform the bathroom into a charming space with custom wallpaper inspired by the original design. They also renovate a guest bedroom by repairing the existing beadboard and sanding and staining the original pine wood sub-floor.

After completing a lead abatement throughout the house, Chris and Amy restore the living room to its former glory, complete with a cement tiled fireplace facade and built-in bookshelf where the old radiator used to be.

His next project is just outside the city in the small town of Summerville. It's a 107-year-old country Victorian home that has fallen into disrepair over the years. Trent starts the renovation with the exterior.
