TV ratings: 'Blue Bloods' wins viewers, demo, 'Nikita' rising, 'Touch' craters

CBS stalwart "Blue Bloods" was the highlight of a quiet night on the networks that saw FOX's "Touch" and ABC's "Malibu Country" post their lowest ratings to date, NBC's "Grimm" lose some ground from a solid premiere last week and the CW's "Nikita" continue to improve. It's looking like the end of the road for "Touch" in particular, as the Kiefer Sutherland second year series hit new lows of 2.39 million viewers and a 0.6 rating in 18-49 -- that's despite facing rerun competition on both ABC and CBS. This week's 0.5 rating in 18-49 and 1.45... //
