I think Mona is doing everything she can to try to find out who A.D. is to help Hannah. The writers showed that at the end, in my opinion, to make us think Mona was up to her old shenanigans again. She didn't want Emily in her apartment because she knows they don't trust her and if Emily had seen all of that, she'd have jumped to the same conclusion....that Mona was being shady again.
I think Mona is doing everything she can to try to find out who A.D. is to help Hannah. The writers showed that at the end, in my opinion, to make us think Mona was up to her old shenanigans again. She didn't want Emily in her apartment because she knows they don't trust her and if Emily had seen all of that, she'd have jumped to the same conclusion....that Mona was being shady again.
