His mother, Ruth, is taking the death especially hard because she had been having an affair with her hairdresser, Hiram. David, the closeted homosexual who has helped with the business, has a difficult transition running things. Claire, the youngest of the clan, is a teenager in high-school trying to get comfortable in her own skin. This is an awesome series, kind of dark but very edgy. Well worth watching!

Six Feet Under showed the joys and heartaches of life and death with a family that dealt with death on a regular basis, dealing themselves with the death of the patriarch of the family. The whole family had different issues throughout the show trying to keep from being six feet under themselves. They had their crazy family and their insane ghosts that lead them through life. Sometimes somber and depressing, it was also a heartfelt, inspiring and uplifting ride. Better bring tissues.
