Survivor Heroes vs Healers vs Hustlers Finale Recap 12/20/17: Season 35 Episode 14

Only five remain, Ben has turned into enemy number one – with no allies in the game can he find a way to keep his torch lit. Mike is the only healer left in the game and besides from being excluded from nearly every vote, this doctor has found a way to stay alive. Devon, true to his nature, he has hustled his way through the game controlling votes and orchestrating blindsides, but with only five players left will that grit be able to get him to the end. Ryan, this super fan of the game helped him find advantages and idols, but it’s his strong social abilities and his alliance with Chrissy that has kept him in the game; will that loyalty pay off. Chrissy, a rough start almost sent her home and then she had control of the game, when the tides turned again she had to win immunity and she did – she is the only woman left in the game. Night 36 at Solewa, Chrissy is happy that Ashley is gone and that Ben played his idol. Mike says that Ben is a bad guy in any horror movie, you keep trying to get rid of him and he keeps coming back. The four decide that Ben is the next to go. Meanwhile, Ben knows he is vulnerable and is out looking for another immunity idol; this is more than a game to him, its a mission. The tribe returns to camp after Tribal Council, six are left, who will be voted out tonight and join the jury? Night 33 at Tribe Solewa, everyone feels it was a crazy tribal council Mike says that is how you play an idol and it was even better than his idol play. Ben leaves to get some water and everyone agrees that he definitely needs to go next, no matter what. Devon feels that was definitely a move by the Survivor Devil as Ryan can’t get over how amazing that move was and is completely floored. Survivor Heroes vs Healers vs Hustlers Recap 12/6/17: Season 35 Episode 11

The tribe mates return to camp after Tribal Council and Mike is shocked once again that he was blindsided. Ryan is also shocked and can’t believe he played his idol and didn’t have to – he feels like he is in an awful spot now. Chrissy tries to tell Ben off about going against her, but he doesn’t put up with it and tells her its a game – she now thinks her days are numbered. Time for the Reward Challenge and it’s a new one – they will be running in pairs but not with each other, with their loved ones. The only way that they can guarantee time with their loved ones is if they are really in sync with them. They are each going to have a bag, inside the bag are two marbles, one black, and one white. They are both going to pick a marble if they match they are in and if they don’t they are out. Its do or die. Survivor Heroes vs Healers vs Hustlers Recap 11/29/17: Season 35 Episode 10

Night 24 for the castaways and coming back from a crazy tribal council, the seven accomplished what they wanted to, vote out Cole. But the best part of the night was when Dr. Mike played an idol for no reason. At this point, Chrissy wants to vote out the last two remaining Healers, Joe & Mike. Meanwhile, Mike says he played his idol because he didn’t want to be the idiot who goes home with the idol in his pocket. Even Joe doesn’t understand why Mike played the idol. Time for the reward challenge, the tribemates can only use their feet to build a block tower. The winner will be brought on a seaplane to enjoy delicious food and beer away from the island. The first step is to untie the rope and release pieces. Mike is leading with Lauren close behind him. Mike drops a piece and falls back. It’s now up to Lauren, she does it and wins individual reward. Survivor Heroes vs Healers vs Hustlers Recap 11/22/17: Season 35 Episode 9

As Survivor: Heroes, Healers, and Hustlers begins tonight; there are ten (10) survivors left, and after a rough tribal council, Desi was voted out and the first member of the jury; so who will be voted out tonight? It is Day 22 in Tribe Solewa and Mike is sitting disappointed in not knowing what was happening at tribal council; he is not happy that Desi was voted off because it looks like the Tribe of 7 is sticking together and voting off the Healers, so at this point he needs to throw the Healers under the bus. He talks to Ben, Ryan, and Lauren, telling them about Cole being untrustworthy and stealing food. He has an idol but doesn’t want to play it because he knows that Joe and Cole are so hated that they will be the next two people to go. Lauren is quite happy that no one caught on to her secret advantage; Ben says they are frickin’ lucky and reassures her that he never told anyone. She is concerned about when the numbers dwindle but he tells her they need to just focus on their "7" right now. Devon tells Ryan that he worries also about them when the numbers start to go down; Ryan reveals that they don’t need to worry because he has an idol in his pants and explains how he got it. As Survivor: Heroes, Healers, and Hustlers begins tonight; there are eleven (11) left, who will be voted out tonight? It is Night 19 in merged Tribe Solewa. Joe says Jessica was completely blindsided by the Heroes and the Hustlers and as a fan of the show, it was an amazing play and have to appreciate it. Lauren and Ben made the plan and executed it. Ben is quite happy about that but worries about the individual part because any individual could mess everything up. Lauren was busy nailing things into the tree and discovered the tightly rolled scroll among the nails and hid it in her pocket, hoping no one saw what just happened. It says, "Congratulations, you have found an advantage in the game. This advantage allows you to secretly not vote at the next tribal council and instead save your vote for use at a future tribal council. This is how it works – When it is your turn to vote, do not write down a name, instead, secretly place this note inside the voting urn and take the blank voting parchment back with you." Survivor Heroes vs Healers vs Hustlers Recap 11/8/17: Season 35 Episode 7

Day 16 at the Soko camp, Chrissy reveals how badly she wanted to smile when Ali was voted off and feels she is dominating the social aspect of the game and both guys are close with her, than they are with each other, which leaves her potentially in the power position. Day 16 in the Yawa tribe camp, Cole feels great with his tribe because they trust each other explicitly now. Ben is good, Lauren will stick with them and him, Jessica and Mike still have the bond of being healers still from the beginning. He doesn’t see any of the other teams staying strong together; Ben says if they go into the merge, guns blazing and five strong, they can do all right, but his concern is Cole and it’s hard to trust them as him and Jessica play pattycake all night long. Survivor Heroes vs Healers vs Hustlers Recap 11/1/17: Season 35 Episode 6

Thirteen Survivors are left, who will be voted out tonight? The Soko Tribe, Chrissy is happy that tribal council went exactly as it was supposed to and feels Ryan believes he can get further with her than with Ali. Ali confronts Ryan, feeling he didn’t trust her but he says she was too close to Roark and that was all it took. Ali feels hurt over being betrayed by him, saying she would have never kicked him to the curb, she cries over it being so rough. She says she is alone now and only wrote down Chrissy’s name because she felt that was what Ryan wanted. Ryan thought he would still be able to work with Ali but after she "railed" into him; he can’t have enemies in the game and thinks she may need to go now. Day 15 with the Yawa Tribe, Mike says catching a fish for the first time with a spear was amazing and now he feels he can do anything he puts his heart and mind too. He is excited to be able to provide for his tribe. Mike drops the fish into the fire, but Ben jokes that come hell or high water, he was cooking the fish. Ben is proud of him for being out of his element and doing so well. He says Mike caught a small fish and shared it whereas Cole catches a decent size fish and eats it by himself and that shows who you should work within the game. Survivor begins on Night 11 at Levu camp, Ashley is shocked that Joe played the idol. Joe tricked them all and he is getting crazier and crazier, but she says the team is still 2 versus 2. Day 12 with the Yawa tribe, Ben comes back from washing the dishes and Lauren was busy with the fire; suddenly the bamboo makes a loud popping noise over and over, he goes back to the water, putting him in a bad spot from being in the Marines. He says civilians don’t understand it unless they have gone through it. He explains that his wife and kids have saved him from his demons and his past, and if you dwell in the past, it will eat you alive. The tribes gather on Day 13 for their next reward challenge. Host Jeff Probst tells them for today’s challenge their feet will be tied together, and arms will be bound to their side, on his go, they will slither through the sand while pushing a ball, relay-style, through the course; when they reach the end, the remaining tribe member will shoot 5 balls into a very high basket, first 2 tribes to finish win the rewards.
