Whatever Happened to the Cast of “The Finder?”

Although it was extremely short-lived, the television show The Finder sounded like it had a great deal of promise when it first started. The show was about a veteran of the Iraq War who had suffered a traumatic brain injury. During his recovery, he started to realize that he could make connections between people, places and things that most people would never realize. This allowed him to help other people who were struggling to find bits of information about certain things or even to find people that had been missing from their lives for years. He was able to put the pieces together in ways that other individuals just couldn’t handle. READ MORE...

TV Ratings: 'Fringe' finale rises while CBS heavy hitters slide

"Fringe" has been picked up for a fifth and final season, so the ratings are of little consequence to fans at this point -- but you'll still be glad to hear that Friday night's Season 4 finale ratings were slightly better than the week before. Even "The Finder," which was canceled by FOX this week, saw a small ratings boost. (Perhaps because by now, everyone's already seen "The Avengers"?)Per usual, "Undercover Boss," "Blue Bloods" and "CSI: NY" helped CBS secure yet another win on Friday, though all three shows were slightly down from last week.CBS won the night with an average of 8.4 million viewers with 5.5 ratings/10 share in households. Quartet of Shows Canceled by FOX: Alcatraz, The Finder, Breaking In & I Hate My Teenage Daughter

The new dramas  Alcatraz  and  The Finder  as well as the ‘brought-back-from-the-dead’ comedy Breaking In  and the new, short-lived laugher  I Hate My Teenage Daughter  have all been canceled by FOX. With the annual  network upfront presentations less than a week away, the major (and cable) networks are pulling no punches with their programming; and this is just one example of what is yet to come. As most viewers know, ‘Alcatraz’ was the much buzzed-about new series from J.J. Abrams set on the legendary prison in San Francisco while ‘The Finder’ was the anticipated spin-off of popular FOX drama ‘ Bones ’. Both shows debuted mid-season with decent ratings, but neither show could hold onto asatisfactory  percentage of viewers to warrant renewals. Read More... //
